Emotions mood band, when someone is feeling upset or anxious about something they are able to flip the band to the red side which says it's not OK this indicates that the person may need some time out. This is a visual way to show parents and others how the person is feeling.
The wrist bands are made of silicon with one side coloured green and the other side coloured red – the person can just flip the band depending on how they are feeling.
