If you believe your product is defective, please contact us initially via email or telephone to discuss the problem. In the event your product is faulty, return it to the address in our “contact us” section of the website. If the item was purchased within 30 days we will offer you the choice of a refund or a new replacement item subject to availability of the product. Our policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Due to the nature of some of our products, for hygiene reasons no returns can be permitted on hairbrushes, toothbrushes toothpaste, chewable products, body socks, sensory bed sheets, Blankets, Weighted Blankets, shampoo, bodywash, soap, socks, underwear or any similar product. Returns are permitted on other items as long as they are in a new, unused condition, unaltered, and still have the original tags and packaging. They must be in reasonable, saleable condition. Please allow 7 days for processing your returns. We cannot accept liability for failure to comply with the care instructions suggested for items sold. We always recommend you make yourselves familiar with care information for any product.
You remain responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please consider using a recorded delivery service or obtain a free proof of posting certificate at the Post Office. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned products except for when items are defective or if otherwise agreed in advance. We are not held responsible for product returns that are damaged or lost in transit. However we always try and help you locate and replace or make claims through the appropriate channels. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or return some of our items up to 7 days after receiving them, for a full refund. In this case, if you wish to return an item you must return it back to us UNUSED in its original packaging and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item back using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Where the buyer wishes to cancel an order this cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the date of order. After this time we reserve the right to pass on any charges that may be incurred due to customer error in ordering. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum paid to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
