The Floor Surfer has been developed in collaboration with children's physiotherapists to ensure safe use by any child at any motor skill level. It combines function, safety and deisgn. The front is raised to support the coccyx when the child is sitting and the sternum when the child is lying down. The Floor Surfer is slightly tapered at the front to increase freedom of movement for arms and the wheels are screened to minimise the risk of running over any little fingers. The narrow sides act as a place for children to grip and protect hands.
