Payments made to The Sensory Touch can be made on our website either by card, Amazon pay, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Google pay or Paypal, we also have buy now pay later options via Klarna. We can also take payments via bank transfer, for further information please email us at sales@thesensorytouch.co.uk
We are VAT registered and a VAT invoice will be provided upon request.
For Schools and other organisations requiring a proforma invoice or 30 day terms, please email sales@thesensorytouch.co.uk We will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as we are able to.
All goods advertised for sale on our site are subject to availability. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will inform you by email or telephone. We will not charge you for goods that we cannot supply. However we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.

Postage and Delivery
Free delivery on orders over £150 to a UK mainland address. We usually dispatch orders within 1 - 5 business days (often within 1 - 2 business days where possible), orders made over a weekend will usually be dispatched Monday or Tuesday (Tuesday or Wednesday when on a Bank Holiday). Please note at certain periods orders may be dispatched later than usual such as Christmas time. Post is calculated automatically by region, value and estimated weight of package. We aim to only charge what the postal/delivery services charge us, there are no charges for packing. We post small & medium packages via a 48 hour Royal Mail service, for large packages we use a courier (either UPS, DPD or Parcel Force) which takes 2 - 5 business days for delivery (usually quicker). Should your order not arrive, please contact us and a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days has elapsed. We may occasionally offer free post for larger orders in the UK. We only post to the UK and Ireland.
We also offer a collection option from our unit in Hednesford, Staffordshire.
